Complete Back to School Forms Online
Back to school forms will be completed online through the Student Progress Center (JPAMS).
Electronic forms are replacing paper forms that were previously sent home at the beginning of the school year.
Steps To Complete Forms Online
🔐 Step 1: Log in to the Student Progress Center (JPAMS) using your credentials.
👨🎓 Step 2: Click on your student’s name. If there are new documents to complete, a pop-up will appear and take you directly to the Documents page.
📁 Step 3: If you do not see the pop-up, simply click on your student and then select the Documents tab at the top of the page.
📝 Step 4: Under Form Documents, you’ll find the forms available for you to fill out. Fill in all required fields. Confirm all the information and click sign to submit the document. Once submitted, they will no longer appear in the list.
Student Progress Center
The Student Progress Center is a tool that allows families to review their student’s schedule information (including teacher pages and calendars), grades, attendance, discipline, transcripts, and testing data online as well as maintain parent/guardian phone numbers and email address. The School System also uses the system for emergency communications and school updates using phone numbers provided in the system.
MyPaymentsPlus Online Payments
MyPaymentsPlus allows parents and caregivers to create a free, online, secure account to manage all school related fees. This system eliminates the need to send money and checks to school, and it ensures your payment information is up to date and confidential.
How To Register New Users for Student Progress Center and MyPaymentsPlus
Students new to the St. Tammany Parish Public School System or families who have not signed up for an account previously may register for the Student Progress Center and MyPaymentsPlus. The new accounts will be verified using two-factor authentication instead of a letter being sent home with a PSN number.
If you have a child returning to the St. Tammany Parish Public School System and you previously registered for the Student Progress Center or MyPaymentsPlus, there is no need to re-register. Parents and caregivers can use the same login ID and password from year to year and school to school.
