School Schedule
Start and Dismissal Times
Students can be dropped off starting at 6:55.
Classes start at 7:25.
Afternoon car pick up starts at 2:42.
Unless supervised by a Coach, Club Sponsor, or other school official, all students should be off campus by 4:00pm at the latest.

*If the student has B lunch, their Intervention block will be 11:01-11:26 in their Homeroom.

After School Detention
Students assigned after-school detention will have their names listed with the front office. Students are responsible for keeping up with their referral documentation, notifying their guardians, and remembering to serve detention. Additional communication is typically provided through JPAMS and/or a robocall. If your student cannot attend an assigned detention, contact their administrator before the assigned detention to reschedule.
- One-hour detentions are typically held Tuesday & Thursday from 2:45-3:45. Students should be picked up no later than 4:00pm.
- Three-hour detentions are typically held on Friday from 2:45-5:45. Students should be picked up no later than 6:00pm.
- These days can vary based upon holidays, inclement weather, and other factors.
- In the case of a holiday, Friday detention (three-hour) is typically moved to Thursday and the Thursday detention (one-hour) is moved to Wednesday.
Testing Schedules
In order to prevent testing burn out, our grade level departments have met and determined a testing schedule for the STJH Quarterly Checkpoint and Benchmark Testing.
